My name is Alex Tyapochkin and I am freelance artist from Moscow / Russia.

Yeah Yeah Studio this is my personal project dedicated to the illustration and painting.

My illustrations always bright, emotional, dynamic and full of positive energy. I use freehand painting technic with ink and than finish and color illustrations on my Mac. 

I work with clients over the world in different ways: advertising, cloth, lifestyle, music, fashion, sport, product design etc.

Also I make some paintings and participates in exhibitions and art projects. I like to travel around the world and get inspiration.

Background

I was born in Moscow Russia in Y1978. From childhood I was interested in the visual art, street art, graffiti, modern art and subcultures. Also music had a big influence on me.

From Y1997 till Y2002 I played on bass guitar. During this time I was a participant of two alternative rock bands and recorded 3 albums. Also i was composing electronic music.

At that period I was involved in informal sub culture and have got a big creative experience and met a lot of interesting people.

This experience helps me now to develop my personal project. Start from Y2000 I was carried away by graphic design.

I have got a new education, graduated several art author’s courses, learned with teachers. Design has become my profession.

I have got a big experience in advertising agencies of Moscow and art studios but always aspired to create and develop my own style.

After 8 years of professional work in graphic design I gradually began my career as illustrator and artist and in Y2009 I developed my personal project “Yeah Yeah Studio”
